KTCHeN was started by owners Christopher Garate and Keila Viera with one vision in mind, a thriving small business community. They owned their own food truck and struggled finding a commissary thats sole purpose was to aid the growth of small entrepreneurs. With this in mind they started KTCHeN and now have two locations, each equipped with everything a culinary entrepreneur would need to start and grow their business.
