Communal prep areas are equipped with more than 15 working tables. You are free to come in and use the tables as you need. We have an extensive list of cooking equipment including, 6 convection ovens, steam jacketed kettle, 12 range burner, 80lb fryer, 60quart mixer and much more. All if this equipment is available for you to use as you need it.
